There’s a vibrant small business community in White Center, just southwest of Seattle, and, working with Noise w/o Sound, I helped build a site that showcases all those great businesses.
I missed posting last week (sorry!), but I’ve been busy and want to get everyone up-to-speed on where I’ve been and what I’ve been up to. Three new websites, one huge plugin update, and a WordCamp Seattle presentation.
As a web designer, the work I do often gets spread across the web, and just because a project isn’t as big as a website doesn’t mean it’s not worth mentioning! Check out some of the cool stuff I’ve been doing on the web.
This past weekend, I built a site for an amazing student group and nonprofit in Grinnell, Iowa. As a former founding member of the Social Entrepreneurs of Grinnell, I wanted to continue helping the group in an exciting time: They’re a finalist for an award from the White House! I’m happy to announce the launch of the new website for the Seattle chapter of the Association for Women in Communications.
As I continue to learn more about WordPress and benefit from the work of others, I’m excited to share a piece of code with the community that makes WordPress a little bit easier to use!
