Solarize Northwest is a project of Northwest SEED that does fantastic work helping communities in Seattle, Washington State, and now the greater Pacific Northwest install lots of solar panels all at once.
The project’s old site was showing its age in both design and ease of management. With limited control, the ways that a campaign or event workshop could be featured were clunky to setup for staff and hard to find for website visitors.
Working closely over a number of months, we streamlined the menu to focus visitors on the solar campaigns they most likely came to the site for and make it quick and easy to sign up for an upcoming informational workshop. The new site also:
- submits all the collected information to the organization’s Salesforce database,
- alludes to the design feel of the Northwest SEED website,
- looks great on any device from phones to big monitors, and
- incorporates strong “social proof” with testimonials, case studies, and summary statistics of happy former campaign members.
Like any site for a complex organization needing more than just a brochure website, a customized WordPress administration makes it easy to set up and manage new events, campaigns, and testimonials!
